Refund Policy
Cancellation
Please cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase to receive a refund. Please be advised that we can no longer accept cancellation requests after 30 minutes or once your order is already in processing or has shipped.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
PRODUCT ISSUE
If there is an issue on one of our supplier's end, meaning that you were sent out the wrong product, damaged product , or the length, just send us a photo of the item you have received for quality control purposes to provide proof of the default product. We will gladly put in a dispute to exchange the item for the correct item. If the issue is deemed the supplier/manufacturers fault, you will not be responsible for additional shipping or processing fees for the replacement. in this scenario,- you will be sent the correct product once you return the original item and the original item is received without damage or alteration. You can opt to receive a store credit or exchange for the same value, if your item is no longer in stock , you will receive a refund credited back to the original payment source. In the event that you decide not to receive the exchange for the corrected item that is in stock- you can receive a store credit. (You can use your store credit to exchange or purchase any items in the store.) In the event that you will like to opt out of the exchange and store credit ,there will be a 25% restocking /processing fee deducted from your total refund amount. Once an item has been shipped, -shipping is non- refundable.
We will give you return instructions . Do not return any items without the confirmation email approving your return.
Items Not Eligible for Return
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded a store credit or in the event that a store credit is not applicable. You will received a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
